The climbing wall
Apart from a few sessions organised on the rocks around Bangalore, the rest of the training happens at Shree Kanteerava Stadium. The stadium is located close to Corporation and Cubbon Park.

Registration
Registration for the climbing can happen any day at the Kanteraava Stadium. The fee includes lending of the safety equipment (harness, rope, screw gates) and the instruction by a qualified coach. The fee does not include the additional equipment (shoes, clothes). The fees (valid from 08/2009) are the following:
- Standard training: Rs. 500 for maximum 2 days per week
- Intensive training: Rs. 1,000 for maximum 6 days per week
As enthusiastic they might be, beginners are advised to register only for a standard course during at least the first month in order to test their attraction for the sport and not to stress too much their body.
The training days are left to the climbers but in order to organise the training sessions, participants are kindly requested to provide their desired schedule one week in advance.
